Staff Management

An important part of our property management ethos is to support porters and concierges working in our buildings and to keep them motivated and on board with our aims and targets for each property. Our HR department organises training days throughout the year at suitable hotel locations with lecturers in fire safety, first aid, lone working guidance and even stress management. Managers will sign up their porters and concierges to whatever training session suits their schedule and they return proudly with certificates. Property staff always say how much they enjoy meeting and engaging with staff from other sites and sharing their experiences.
