Out of hours service

Our main phone line is manned 24/7/365 so that emergency calls can be answered by an experienced operator with the full database of our properties and emergency contractors at their fingertips. Where necessary the call will be escalated to any one of a list of our managers or directors who are on the duty roster for such out-of-hours emergencies.
