Company Secretarial

The vast majority of our clients are resident owning or resident management companies and Right to Manage companies. Most of those require us to act as their registered office, take care of corporate compliance, issue membership certificates, file accounts and annual statements with the Registrar and of course call general meetings and administer proxy voting and minutes. We have an inhouse registrar company which handles all of this. Beyond this we are available to support directors with any advice and guidance needed in their corporate compliance and dealing with any claims or litigation directed against their companies.
