As with other trusted service providers, we work with long-standing risk assessors who are totally familiar with our properties for their periodic surveys. These include the mandatory fire and general safety risks, water tanks, asbestos and fixed wire testing. The relationship is such that there is dialogue and discussion on issues and solutions. This is very different to simply processing sterile reports. Each of our assessors’ reports come with a bespoke schedule of actionable needs which our managers then fulfil using their relevant panel contractors or other suitable firms.
