A major part of our service is ‘being there’ for our clients – especially for our resident boards of unpaid directors who all have their own lives to lead and businesses to run. In close to 50 years of professional management there are very few problems that are new to us or that we could not deal with effectively and successfully. Our veteran MD is a Fellow of the Institute of Residential Property Management and both a tribunal advocate and appointee to major properties in special measures. He has an open phone line to all of our clients who need to talk over a problem or discuss future strategy. The same goes for our HR and compliance director, as well as our Head of Finance.
