“You never visit us anymore … you’ve stopped calling and you don’t even write ….”

Sounds like the lament of many a retired parent. Their sons and daughters are just too busy with their social life or latest relationship to call or pay a visit to the folks who brought them up and put them through school. 

These days it’s also the lament of all too many flat-owners whose managing agents have been bought and merged into such large outfits, they are just too busy with their expansion plans to answer calls and letters. And they may only make a house-call once a year, when there’s a major crisis.

If this is the story of your block of flats, we’d like to welcome you to Parkgate Aspen, one of the few remaining, independently-owned, family-run managing agents with a close family of staff, clients and managed properties.

Parkgate Aspen was established in 1974, with the merging of two sister companies. We serve a large client base amongst resident-controlled estates, currently managing a portfolio of around 5,000 flats in London and the Home Counties. We employ over 30 members of staff who specialise solely in the management of quality blocks of flats. We like to think that we are ‘big enough to guarantee the service, yet small enough to keep it personal’.

By our long-term specialisation in quality blocks of flats, Parkgate Aspen was a foundation member of ARMA (the Association of Residential Managing Agents) which regulates our conduct and the security of our clients’ funds. Moreover we have voluntarily subscribed to Quality Management Systems to attain an ISO 9001 accreditation standard.
