Major & Cyclical Works

At the start of any management, we get an assessment of the major works priorities such as for external painting, roofs, lifts and any communal heating plant. Based on cost estimates from surveyors and M&E consultants, we are able to prepare a multi-year plan which will determine the reserve provision to be set aside in each year’s budget. Unlike other agents, we do not handle major works in-house. No firm has a "jack-of-all-trades" able to administer vastly different projects. Our policy is to outsource the specification, tendering and supervision to whichever surveyor or consultant is best qualified to deal with the project. In this way we can always stand on our client’s side if things go wrong rather than be defending our in-house person.
