Block Management

While other agents simply assign you a property manager, we deploy multiple personnel to serve the property and the client. Our property manager and his deputy will deal with the routine management issues, whilst other senior staff will be deployed to deal with their specialist subjects, such as litigation, tribunal issues, staff training and HR matters. Our MD is always there to advise client directors on statutory and corporate concerns. That is a truly supportive management service.
