While other agents simply assign you a property manager, we deploy multiple personnel to serve the property and the client.

Our main phone line is manned 24/7/365 so that emergency calls can be answered by an experienced operator with the full database of our properties and emergency contractors at their fingertips.

Over £50m of service charge and reserve funds are securely held in separately named trust accounts at Barclays, where we have been clients since 1974.

Over many decades we have built up a network of trusted builders, plumbers and other service providers who have proved their worth in terms of value and dependability.

At the start of any management, we get an assessment of the major works priorities such as for external painting, roofs, lifts and any communal heating plant.

As with other trusted service providers, we work with long-standing risk assessors who are totally familiar with our properties for their periodic surveys.

An important part of our property management ethos is to support porters and concierges working in our buildings and to keep them motivated and on board with our aims and targets for each property.

The largest proportion of our properties are 1930’s mansion blocks, which were built to last – and they have stood the test of time. Unfortunately, this is not true of new developments where cost-cutting is rife and often results in problems appearing within a few short years.

The vast majority of our clients are resident owning or resident management companies and Right to Manage companies.
