Having been appointed by the leaseholders after their acquisition of the freehold to manage this prominent building of 74 flats our efforts were immediately turned to refurbishing their neglected communal areas which had not been touched for decades.

In the face of considerable opposition and multiple appearances at the Tribunal, we ultimately delivered a transformational refurbishment project in an exemplary partnership with the resident directors.
