Sol Unsdorfer our MD has been managing blocks of flats all of his working life. Starting out in 1971 he trained with the London County Freehold group and by 1979 had formed Aspen Estates to specialise in tenant purchases of their own flats and freeholds. Aspen quickly became drawn into the management business as successful purchasers requested a continuing service. These specialist services were called upon from as far afield as the USA where Sol spent two years consulting on the management of over a thousand co-operative apartments in New York City. More recently he was asked to take over the running of Parkgate Management with which Aspen was subsequently merged. With almost 30 years' experience to draw upon in every aspect of block management, Sol now concentrates on Leasehold Valuation Tribunal work representing leaseholders seeking to buy their freeholds or to change their  agents under the latest legislation.
