Staff that deliver

Any guarantee of consistent service is only as good as the personnel that will back it up.  Our thirty members of staff, include seven management surveyors meet regularly to ensure that they are au fait with one another's properties in case support or backup is needed.

Vacancies

• We have a vacancy for an experienced property manager with minimum 3 years' service in residential block management.

• We have a vacancy for a PA in our management department.

• We have a vacancy for a compliance officer with suitable FCIS or similar qualifications available to work flexible hours on our statutory and corporate undertakings.

• We have a requirement for minute taking at client meetings and would be interested in hearing from minute takers who may be available for day or evening meetings.
