Our primary function is to maintain and enhance the fabric, amenities and services of your property according to clients and residents wishes and in compliance with the lease and statutory provisions.

We undertake the budgeting and collection of service costs from year to year, the engagement of porters and staff and the upkeep of ground and gardens. We arrange service contracts to maintain boilers, lifts and door entry equipment as well as the monitoring of water tank hygiene and fire safety.

We prepare planned maintenance programmes for cyclical repairs and redecoration. These forecasts determine the level of reserves to be set aside each year to meet the ultimate cost. We will do our utmost to respond to residents' needs even when these arise outside normal working hours
